The structure of the houses is made of 20cm reinforced concrete diaphragms. The exterior walls are made of 20cm brick insulated on the outside with a thermosystem made of 15cm expanded polystyrene, and the facade is covered with decorative plaster.
Inside, the walls are made of double gypsum boards and mineral wool with a thickness of 12.5 cm.
Between the houses, the walls are made of 20cm thick reinforced concrete diaphragms, with plasterboard cladding on metal structure and mineral wool on the inside, in order to ensure optimal sound insulation.
The Floor-to-Ceiling windows on the ground floor are made of Aluminium profiles and triple insulated Low-E glass.
The main access door is metallic and the interior ones are white, wooden doors.
The houses are equipped with power supply connections from the national distribution network, electrical lighting and sockets, low-current electrical installations (telephony, television and fire signaling) and lightning protection installations.
The cooling of the houses is centrallised, and the heating is done using a Viesmann VITOCAL air/water heat pump which is connected online with the optional Vitoconnect internet interface.
Using the free ViCare app, many functions can be controlled conveniently via mobile phone.
The LVT/SPC flooring is compatible with the underfloor heating system that is installed not just on the ground floor, but on the 1st and 2nd floors as well.
We use non-slip tiles (and anti-icing on the outside) for heavy traffic on the floors in hallways and terraces.
The bathrooms are covered up to a height of 1.8 m with ceramic tiles.
All other walls and ceilings will be covered with ultra-washable white paint.
Gardens, car parks and infrastructure
The yards of the houses will be handed over with grass, their fencing being made with perimeter fences with a height of 2 m.
The car parks are paved with slab sidewalk.
Access to the complex will be from Pipera Blvd. on concrete and asphalt road, and the infrastructure is already built and provided:
lighting, sewerage, individual metering and waste collection service.
